Dwayne Randolph

President & Executive Director
Dwayne Randolph serves as the President of the organization. He attended St. Louis Community College from 2016-2019, where he also served as the manager for the Men’s Basketball team. As the manager, Dwayne witnessed firsthand the hardships and challenges student athletes endured. Many of the struggles led to athletes being forced out of school entirely. These reasons drew him to help create Protect the Arch. Ultimately to assist and guide athletes through their collegiate journey. Once he graduated, he transferred to the University of Missouri-Columbia, earning a bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation and Sport.

Vice President
George Lee is a former professional basketball player turned coach and mentor to athletes. Lee began coaching in the city of St. Louis, working his way up to a head coach position at Ritenour High School, along with coaching on the St. Louis Eagles/BBE coaching staff. Lee also is the President of Get Better Training, assisting athletes fulfill their dreams. George is excited to join Protect The Arch to assist student-athletes navigate through obstacles as they pursue their degrees and strive for independence.

DaVante Rashad-Nkosi Harrell is a Business Management graduate from Millikin University in Decatur Illinois. Prior to receiving his Bachelor’s DaVante received a 2-year associate degree business degree from Saint Louis Community College. Returning to the Saint Louis area after college DaVante has been devoted to helping the youth better prepare for their transition to college. Protect the Arch foundation is his first step toward his mission, but most definitely will not be his last.

Henderson Faulkner attended St. Louis Community College and played for the Archers from 2016-2018. His experiences shaped him to be the person he is today, which is why he is honored to join the organization and give back. Upon graduation from St. Louis Community College, Henderson went on to receive his bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri. He understands that being a student-athlete is a full-time job, and the unique challenges that presents can be a difficult experience for many; which is why he joined Protect the Arch to assist those athletes through their experience, as well as to connect them to their community.
